Terms of Service

Kooonda is a marketplace where independent sellers offer digital products and affiliates promote them for commission.

Sellers are responsible for the products they sell and must have the rights to distribute them. Prohibited, infringing or misleading products will be removed.

Payments are processed by licensed payment providers. Seller earnings and affiliate commissions become available after the refund window, less platform and processing fees shown at the time of sale.

Affiliates may not purchase through their own links, generate artificial clicks, or misrepresent products. Commissions from refunded or fraudulent orders are reversed.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after review.
